How to make banana cake

Recipe:

-Mash the ripe banana with a fork.

-In a bowl, combine the sugar and eggs and whisk together thoroughly

-To this add mashed bananas and melted butter, milk and vanilla essence, mixing evenly.

-Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt and mix lightly.

-Make the dough, shape it and finish it off.

-Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes and you're done.
