How to make french fries sticks

Recipe:

- Cut 500 g of potatoes into thin slices and boil for 15 minutes.

-Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 20 g coriander, 100 g mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp cornflour and 2 tbsp potato starch to the mashed potatoes.

-Place the mixed ingredients into a squeeze bag, shape and squeeze.

-Turn on the stove over medium heat.

-Drizzle some cooking oil over the top.

-Fry for about 7 minutes for crispy and delicious fries.
